DJ Khaled’s “Khaled Khaled” Debuts At #1 On US Album Chart

 

Making good on the first projection, DJ Khaled’s “Khaled Khaled” debuts at #1 on this week’s overall US album chart.

According to Hits bet, “Khaled Khaled” achieved 95K US consumption units during the April 30-May 6 tracking period. Album sales contribute about 15K units thereto sum. Track sales are liable for 3.4K units, while track streams contribute 76.6K.

“Khaled Khaled” didn't win the normal album sales race (that honor looks to belong to either Grateful Dead’s “Dave’s Picks Vol. 38” or Gojira’s “Fortitude”), but it did generate the week’s biggest overall unit total. Moneybagg Yo’s “A Gangsta’s Pain,” the #2 consumption performer, moved 66K units in the week.

Due Sunday, Billboard’s specific numbers may differ from the Hits data. the result will, however, be equivalent. “Khaled Khaled” is going to be the week’s #1 album, marking DJ Khaled’s third chart-topper.
